HOW I'M LOSING WEIGHT & TONING | before & after {my fitness journey}

For the last 8 weeks I've been trying to lose some weight and gain some muscle and strength. I wanted to make realistic lifestyle changes to achieve my goals over time rather than a really quick intense short-lived change. While this isn't a drastic transformation it is a real one and one that i've worked at and am happy with. Let's see how the next 2 months look!
