Vegan banana bread 2.0 of chia jam and nut butter! Using organic rolled oats to keep it gluten-free. You can always use regular flour to keep it more authentic to banana bread.

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

3 brown bananas

8 pitted dates

1/2 cup of plant-based milk

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp vanilla extract

chia jam

2 cups of frozen berries

1/2 cup of water

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp maple syrup
