Berry and apple breakfast crumble! Soo good to use as meal prep in the autumn months or just enjoy for breakfast. Served best hot and cold - I especially like it cold.


2 cups rolled oats

2 cups of mixed nuts (walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, almonds)

2 tbsp maple syrup

3 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp cinnamon

2 cups of frozen berries

5 sliced apples

1/2 cup of water

1-2 tbsp chia seeds

1-3 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp flour

Top with natural coconut yogurt and fresh fruit
