Crispy Sticky Cauliflower

Ingredients

Battered Cauliflower

1 large cauliflower
1 cup of plant based milk
1 cup of flour
3 tbsp cornflour
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic granules
Soy sauce OPTIONAL
Breadcrumbs OPTIONAL

Sauce

2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp fresh ginger
1-2 tbsp of Maple syrup
3 tbsp of brown sugar
3 tbsp of soy sauce
3-4 tbsp of water
1 tbsp of tomato puree
1 tbsp of rice wine vinegar
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp cornflour + 1 tbsp of water
