It has always been a dream of mine to launch my own sauces—real plant-food flavour bombs—from my kitchen to yours.
One of the biggest challenges most people face when going plant-based or simply trying to eat more vegetables is flavouring them. Allow my sauces to do the talking and level up your food with minimal effort required.
The first drop - JERK
Jerk is one of my favourite marinades ever, point blank. Yet it’s not the easiest to find, or at least a good one...
So let me introduce you to my jerk. Made with real plant food. It’s packed with aromatic spices, warming heat from scotch bonnets, it’s rich, umami, tangy and a likkle sweet. This full-flavoured jerk is perfect for cooking with all proteins and vegetables.

First batch of JERK dropped exclusively on delli.market on their ISO app and sold out within a few hours.
After the incredible feedback. I’ve been back in the kitchen working on the next batch.

The first batch was slow cooked in rum (cooking off he alcohol). However, going forward no alcohol will be used as I am aware a lot of people who don’t consume or cook with alcohol for health or religious reasons weren’t able to enjoy the sauce. Therefore, I’ve adjusted the recipe and to be honest, it’s even better now.

Right now, my sauce is made in small batches by myself and exclusively sold on delli.market. But the plan is global. Stay tuned for updates.
